Do I need to put a fence around my swimming pool?

Yes, your fibreglass pool must be fenced. It is critical for everyone’s safety that you are aware of your legal obligations in terms of fencing your swimming pool. In many jurisdictions, no water may go into a pool until it is properly fenced. There are strict laws in relation to the fencing of swimming pools. It is critical that you investigate with your local Council or Authority regarding the fencing laws that apply to your location. Your Authorised Nexus Pools Dealership will be happy to provide you more advice.
