Nexus Pools fibreglass pools are not designed for pool slides. This means that each Nexus Pools fibreglass pool is not designed for the installation and use of a pool slide. Installing a slide into a Nexus Pools fibreglass pool could result in serious injury, paralysis or death.
Nexus Pools fibreglass pool shells are designed with safety in mind, including smooth surfaces and options for safety features. However, please always watch your children and never leave them unattended. Do not allow anyone of any age to swim alone no matter how experienced they are as swimmers. Nexus Pools fibreglass pools have a Lifetime Warranty. Please check your Warranty for the terms and conditions of your Lifetime Warranty.
A certified Explore Industries technician can only undertake repairs on a Nexus Pools swimming pool. Should you have any repair issues please contact the Authorised Nexus Pools Dealership you are contracted with directly who will begin the process. To have repairs undertaken by someone not authourised by Explore Industries may void your Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Nexus Pools fibreglass swimming pool shells are designed to be flexible and resistant to cracking under normal site conditions and with proper maintenance as outlined in your Warranty.
Nexus Pools offers a Lifetime Warranty on the swimming pool shell. You will be emailed a copy of your Warranty soon after your pool is installed. Please complete the Online Warranty Form to register your Nexus Pools Lifetime Warranty. The form must be submitted within 6 months from receiving the email request. It is highly recommended to check your Junk Inbox approximately a month after the Nexus Pools shell has arrived. Once you have submitted the online form you will receive a confirmation email which indicates completion of your Warranty.
